If you need to make a return, please contact a Customer Care Specialist to arrange a return within 14 business days of receiving your order.

Due to manufacturer and shipping restrictions, expired products, hazardous material and temperature controlled products are not returnable. Before opening handpieces/small equipment and special order items, please verify you have received the products you have ordered.
Opened equipment that is deemed as faulty will be repaired or replaced in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty.
Please note; we do not offer product returns based on Change of Mind, this includes and not limited to any personalised items, goods that have been opened, used or damaged. If goods have been personalised incorrectly and SmartPractice Australia accepts responsibility of the error, a discount or refund may be given.
Due to hygiene reasons & under the Health and Hygiene Laws, we cannot accept any exchange, returns or refunds on any non-faulty items under our PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) range, so please choose carefully! This includes our full range of Face masks, gloves & disposable gowns.
